CLAIRE SAADY is a partner in the Saady & Saxe, P.A. law firm concentrating in labor and employment law. Claire was formerly a partner in the New York City firm of Haight, Gardner, Poor & Havens (now known as Holland & Knight). She has been an adjunct professor at Stetson Law School, Brooklyn Law School, and Hofstra Law School, teaching employment law. She has also served as a special master in federal court.
Claire has served as the president of the Carrollwood Bar Association. She was on the Board of Directors of the Tampa Jewish Community Center and served on the Board of Directors of the Hillel School of Tampa. Claire is also a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
Claire has counseled management for over 25 years. Her broad range of experience includes representation of employers in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. Claire's practice focuses on advising employers on day-to-day employment issues and the drafting of manuals, non-compete agreements, and contracts. She also conducts training seminars for her clients on avoiding discrimination and sexual harassment claims. Her focus and goal is to keep her clients out of litigation.

Qualifications
Ms. Saady has a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY at Stony Brook. She then attended Western New England Law School, where she clerked for Superior Court Judge Keedy, was a member of the Law Review, and participated in the American Trial Lawyers Association trial competition.
